The WordPress plugin includes the WooCommerce integration — no second plugin needed.
Under Settings → CaptchaCore tick “My Account: login / registration / lost password” and “Checkout”.

No. The proof of work runs in a web worker while the customer types the address. The server-side check takes under 50 ms on average.
Not supported yet — WooCommerce does not offer a stable hook for it so far. Login and registration remain protected regardless.
No, the shop is a site in your account. Its verifications count towards the monthly quota of your plan.
